Founded in 2001, the company is mainly engaged in building diagnosis and testing, building structure design, energy certification and technical consulting. For architects and general contractors, we undertake the structural design of buildings to be implemented, from sketch design concepts to construction plans, preparation of standard technical specifications for plans and materials to be installed, condition evaluation and diagnostic testing of existing structures. For building owners and operators, we conduct energy inspection on the boundary structure of the building, evaluate its condition, explore the causes of faults, and formulate transformation suggestions and plans. For companies or individuals who are about to buy real estate, we will make a complex assessment of the technical status of the building and, if necessary, external disciplines (statics, mechanical engineering, wood protection, etc.).
